Hallon HKI on kepeän raikas ja funky villlihiivaolut, jonka ydin on paikallisten vadelmien tuoma marjaisuus ja 6kk kypsyttely. Hallon HKI voitti Turku Craft Beer Festivaalien Paras Kotiolut -kilpailun vuonna 2020 ja sen resepti on kotikeittokollektiivi Thirst Aid Brewingin käsialaa.
